Mead School District Joins VPnet Consortium

Mead School District is the newest member to join the VPnet consortium. "Mead School District is the second K-12 school district to join the consortium. We expect that Mead will experience great value and benefit in collaborating with Spokane Public Schools as well as the higher education institutions in our region", says Steve Trabun, VPnet President. “Mead has made significant technology investments, which will further professional development for the district's staff as well as enhance the learning experience for its students". Mead School District recently completed the installation of a fiber optic network throughout the district, as well as a connection to ESD 101.

"The Mead School District is excited to be a part of the VPnet consortium. We look forward to the new partnership for learning and innovation in the Spokane area” says Dan Butler, Executive Director, Information Services for the District. “We are excited to join and contribute new ideas for leveraging technology to further education in our region.”
